- Test setup: Continuous operation at 120°C with simulated load cycles over 100 hours
- Result: No reduction in performance and no thermal degradation of the HG-Motorsport ignition coils
- Comparison: Original equipment (OE) ignition coils lost approximately 25% of their energy after 50 hours, followed by initial material changes.
Additional test at 140°C:
- HG-Motorsport: Stable operation for over 8 hours without breakdowns
- OE ignition coils: Power drop of up to 40% after 4 hours, followed by thermal failures
